Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Full-time with occasional weekends.
