Metal caster wanted in Baksa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a metal caster in Baksa, Assam. Your main tasks: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 3+ years on the tools preferred.
