Excavator operator • Ibaji, Kogi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Ibaji, Kogi State. Your main tasks: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
