Urgent requirement: prep cook (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Kaga, Borno State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Rotating shifts.
