Milling machine operator • Washington County, Oregon

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Washington County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
