Great opportunity: tyre and wheel fitter (Yobe State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Jakusko, Yobe State. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. Day-to-day duties: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
