Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Huron County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Huron County, Michigan. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
