Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Ido, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO 6+ years on the tools preferred.
