Urgent requirement: painter (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter in Hamilton County, Ohio. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding 3+ years on the tools preferred.
