Now hiring: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Mower County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
