Butcher wanted in Real County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Real County, Texas. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
