Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Stanton County, Nebraska. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
