Urgent requirement: argon welder (Adamawa State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Guyuk, Adamawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦130,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
