Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Kent County, Delaware. The role involves read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); operate and feed production machines on the line; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; record output figures and downtime on the production log; move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley. What we are looking for: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
