Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Darjeeling, West Bengal. We are looking for clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
