We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Will County, Illinois. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics On the job you will handle: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
