Great opportunity: bakery assistant (Borno State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Gwoza, Borno State. You will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
