Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Etsako West, Edo. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
