Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
