Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
