Finishing presser wanted in Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Marion County, Oregon. The job is in a busy laundry. Day to day you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
