Maintenance painter — Birnin Gwari

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. Day-to-day duties: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
