You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic You will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming.
