Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
