Immediate opening: garment presser (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Derbyshire, England. The job is in a garment export house. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine On the job you will handle: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Pay around £2,850 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
