Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in Aroostook County, Maine. You will work at a private estate garden. You should have: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance You will maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings.
