Commis chef wanted in Johnson County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Johnson County, Nebraska. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
