Kitchen cook — Abadam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Abadam, Borno State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
