Your main tasks: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
