Fry cook wanted in Ini

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Ini, Akwa Ibom State. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
