Butcher wanted in Delaware County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Delaware County, Ohio. You will work in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
