Bakery assistant — Kurmi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Kurmi, Taraba State. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts.
