Café server — Kumbotso

Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
