Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideally you have able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens.
