Join our team: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Winnebago County, Illinois. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. On the job you will handle: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
