Now hiring: argon welder (Benue State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Konshisha, Benue State. The job is on a structural steel site. You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Part-time with flexible hours.
