Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Rotating shifts.
