You will follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; carry out turndown service in the evening; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms.
