Meat trimmer wanted in Funtua

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Funtua, Katsina State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
