Carpenter — Knox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a carpenter in Knox County, Texas. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Good eye for detail and a clean finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
