Heavy equipment operator wanted in DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in DeKalb County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Your main tasks: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
