Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Stanton County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
