Vacancy available: moulder (Edo)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Iguegben, Edo. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day to day you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Requirements: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 3+ years on the tools preferred.
