Protective coatings painter • Scioto County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Scioto County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps What we are looking for: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
