Counter butcher wanted in Odo Otin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Odo Otin, Osun State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
