Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
