Now hiring: argon welder (Madhya Pradesh)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions You should bring able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through; comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances; physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
