Immediate opening: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Cass County, Missouri. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites You will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
