Die-casting operator wanted in Apa

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Apa, Benue State. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
