The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should bring willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to read and follow recipes and dockets.
